I have used a few different yoga towels and this Manduka equa mat towel would definitely be among my favorites. Despite not having any grips on the bottom it stays put for me. There might be minor bunching or movement if you are dragging your feet a lot… but in a typical yoga practice this shouldn’t be an issue.I noticed some comments on it being too slippery–this is only the case if you’re hands and feet are dry. If you build up even a little bit of heat and sweat I don’t have any problems. I have washed it a few times comes out perfect and works even better if anything.In summary works best for warm or hot yoga.

This is hands down the best towel ever. It dries so incredibly fast I can wash it in the morning and it’s ready to use again by the afternoon with just air drying. I use it for the gym and also on vacation because it folds down really super small. I’ve had it 2 yrs and it’s in perfect shape. I wish it probably 3 or 4x a week and it’s such a great quality still soft and perfect. In order to not slip you need to wet it a bit where your hands and feet will be placed on the mat- I just squirt a bit of water from my water bottle. I will never buy another towel for the gym/beach/pool/vacation ever again!

The way you know it’s a good hot yoga towel is that you don’t notice it at all during your practice. I didn’t once have to adjust it or fiddle with it… plus it washes really well. Worth splashing out the extra for

a differenza del costosissimo e blasonato manduka yogitoes questo manduka EQUA ha davvero molto grip sia da asciutto che da umido e non si attorciglia a livello di mani e piedi (specialmente a piedi nudi mentre se usate calzini o pantaloni larghi in lycra può attaccarsi ai vestiti per via dell’elettricità statica).stinge moltissimo al momento del lavaggio a freddo per cui è da lavare da solo e molto in fretta altrimenti i colori si mescolano e tingono l’asciugamano stesso.
