Erik5.0: Who doesn’t remember their first Swiss Army Knife? They are wonderful tools and take me back to my childhood and the first SAK I got from my parents. The “Camper” is great as it is at the slimmer end of the range and has the essentials for lockdown walks in the country side – two blades for a spot of whittling a saw (that is surprisingly effective) a cork opener (for post lockdown picnics!) as well as the usual can opener and more. The tweezers and toothpick remain as cool as ever.
The Other Fraser Family5.0: I have an older larger SAK but it is no longer legal to carry (in the UK) as the blade is too long and it locks into place. This is the perfect replacement.I wanted one with a saw and large blade small enough to be legal in the UK but big enough to be useful. The 91mm range of Victorinox knives fit the bill well.This particular model has everything I need for a camping weekend without being too bulky to fit comfortably in a pocket. The build quality is excellent and the blades are sharp. The price seems reasonable too.I would definately buy this again if I lost it.N
David Partridge5.0: The camper has two Knife blades as standard and I have modified the small blade for use as a whittling knife which is working very well. I also removed the keyring and eye so mines strictly a pocket knife now. The build quality is what I expected and is Perfectly acceptable. The Blades and tools are all stainless steel and well finished.
willingmind5.0: This is a very handy tool to have around. In two days it was useful for unscrewing the added side mirrors before going through the car wash. Whipped them off in seconds and screwed them right back on after wash. It is just the right size to keep in my wee car. Attractive and sturdy in short just the business.
Andrew Hardy4.0: Great knife usable as all pen knifes should be. Down side unit looked a bit scuffed on finish. No apparent damage to packaging either. Polished out but just a bit disappointing as given as gift.
