All guests were loaned these on a recent trip to the Caribbean to swim in the ocean with dolphins. The guy leading the trip is a very experienced free diver and recommended these for practicality and safety reasons.I’m a complete novice with these things but to me they were light enough to be comfortable sturdy enough to stay put without ever feeling like they would come off and make coping with the currents we encountered quite easy as they give plenty of propulsion.I ordered a pair ready for more trips next year as they do a good job

They work GREAT! However they run extremely big both my wife and I had to get fins substantially smaller. In fact sizes that neither of us have worn since grade school. Again great fin no slip easy to maneuver and propels you nicely.

Bought a size 4-5 for my daughter. She is 11 years old and wears a 4.5 in tennis shoes. This fit perfect with a pair of 3mm socks. They are light weight but provide enough power to get through hour long dives without fatigue.
