Great torch. Have had mine a year now used for work where I have to stick my head in dark places. The combination of bright /dim modes plus the zoom feature makes it very versatile.My only criticism is it doesn’t play nice with rechargeable batteries. It works with them but oh so soon you get the red flashing that warns you the batteries are low even though they have plenty of charge. It must deeply dislike the lower voltage of rechargeables. After all the drop to 3.6V from 4.5V is asking a lot for it to deal with.Update September 2016. The catch on the battery compartment snapped off. I was not rushing I treat all my gear with kid gloves. Also I have not changed the batteries that many times in total so I think this is simply a weak point in the design. I have dropped one star.

LED Lenser give a 5 year warranty on their torches. After 6 months the light wouldn’t work. We contacted LED Lenser and gave them the serial number and they said it was a counterfeit item made in China. We purchased it from bigsale shop through Amazon. Amazon were not over interested.DO NOT BUY anything from bigsale shop.

Hey I love everything ledlenser has made in the past couple of decades all well built but this is my second head touch and there break at the same part the little clip on top that holds the battery cover breaks off after about two year’s silly me both times forgot to Register them both with ledlenser so no 7 year warranty for me lol that’s why this time I Got one of the bigger head touches and registered this time around don’t get me wrong I love your stuff I just work in a more harder environment as I’m a recovery driver so I’m out in all weather’s so two year’s is good for me lol

This is one of many LED Lenser torches I own but also the least used as it’s mainly for odd walks and DIY. Sadly it doesn’t seem built to last like the others so has gone from wrking intermittently to not at all. Can’t see a warranty option here so will try direct with LED Lenser despite the fact I should be able to go to the seller first!

Brilliant product. It’s not a cheap product and certainly there are cheaper priced head torches- but this one is amazing. Ridiculously bright and I can’t imagine needing a brighter light. Had a decent red light for close encounters and protecting night vision. Easy to use and adjust light dimmer and type of light. Also has a flashing mode which I guess would be good for cyclists or similar. I would thoroughly recommend.
