valski5.0: I take this product to keep my metabolic system functioning consistently. It gives me a consistent energy level throughout the day. The pills are rather large – but I’ve seen that with other brands as well. I use a pill splitter to cut the pills into quarters for easier swallowing.
USA1.0: This is in the form of a hard pill. When I buy something like this I use a mortar and pestle to grind it into powder which I then sprinkle on my food. The last time I purchased this product it crumbled into powder very easily. This time it was as hard as a rock and it was impossible to crumble completely. Anyone swallowing it whole would find it coming out whole at the other end.

Julianne Smith 1.0: This is an awful products it has a horrible aftertaste Which begs me to ask have they ever taken their own product? . I’m not sure if I’ve seen any benefits from it but I do know I can’t stand the coating on the outside. I will not purchase again
